Cancellation Policy
Clients may request to cancel their enrollment at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date of the class or service.
In case of cancellation, the paid amount will not be refunded, but it will remain as credit in the client’s account with Enhance Training Institute.
This credit can be used toward any other program, course, workshop, or service offered by Enhance Training Institute within 12 months from the original payment date.
Replacement / Rescheduling Policy
If the client wishes to reschedule or switch to another program, this can be accommodated subject to:
